PAYMENTS & BILLING
- All sessions must be booked in advance.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance to be paid no less than 3 days before the booked session.
- If the deposit is not paid within 3 days of making the booking, the requested session date/time will be released and a new booking will need to be made.
- Sessions start and end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. If you arrive early, we reserve the right to end the session early by the same time difference.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Balancing payments are refundable if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the booked session.
- No refunds are possible for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked session.
- If you want to re-schedule your session less than 7 days prior to the booking date, a non-refundable re-scheduling charge of 25% of the session fee will be chargeable.
- If it’s necessary for 3507 to cancel a session, a full refund will be made (or an alternative session date/time mutually agreed)
