MORE . THAN . JUST . A . STUDIO

1. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance to be paid no less than 3 days before the booked session.
• If the deposit is not paid within 3 days of making the booking, the requested session date/time will be released and a new booking will need to be made.
• Sessions start and end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. If you arrive early, we reserve the right to end the session early by the same time difference.

2. Cancellations & Re-scheduling

• The booking deposit is non-refundable.
• Balancing payments are refundable if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the booked session.
• No refunds are possible for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked session.
• If you want to re-schedule your session less than 7 days prior to the booking date, a  non-refundable re-scheduling fee of 25% of the session fee will be chargeable.
• If it’s necessary for 3507 to cancel a session, a full refund will be made (or an alternative session date/time mutually agreed)

3. Studio Use & Conduct

• Please treat the studio and equipment with care. You’re responsible for your own conduct and that of your guests.
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
• We reserve the right to not allow consumption of drugs or alcohol in the studio
• Please treat the studio and general area with respect, and with respect for neighbours and the surrounding area.
• We reserve the right to end a session early (with no refund) on the grounds of disruptive, aggressive, offensive or destructive behaviour.

4. Equipment & Property Damage

• Any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or facilities by you or your guests will be your responsibility.
• You agree to cover the full repair or replacement cost of damaged items.

5. Files & Backups

• We send all files and master recordings digitally. If you require soft copies, please bring your own usb drive or storage media.
• While we do our best to save your work, we’re not liable for any lost or corrupted files once you leave the studio.
• We generally retain all session data and recordings for a period of two years unless you specifically ask us not to. We do not guarantee that session data and recordings will be stored beyond the booked session so please make arrangements for storage yourself if you need.

6. Guests

• 3507 is only a small studio so please notify us in advance if you intend to bring any guests. We reserve the right to limit the total number of performers and guests to a maximum of 5.
• The artist (or person making the booking) is responsible for the conduct of any guests.
• 3507 Studio Recording reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if they are deemed to be disruptive, aggressive, offensive or destructive.

7. Indemnity

• You agree to use the studio at your own risk and take full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage during your session.
• 3507 Studio Recording and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, theft, or damage to your property.

8. Media & Promotion

• With your permission, we may take photos or short videos during your session for promotional use.
• Let us know in advance if you prefer not to be featured.

9. Privacy

• We take your personal and artistic privacy very seriously so operate a ‘what happens in the studio stays in the studio’ policy until the work is released by the artist or prior agreement has been made.  We will never share un-released material with anyone without the artist’s explicit permission. Unless explicitly notified, photographs and video taken during the session can be shared by 3507 Studio Recording, the artist and artists’ guests.
